Perform a wide range of diagnostic nuclear medicine studies including SPECT, SPECT-CT, PET-CT, bone scans, renal scans, thyroid scans, cardiac studies, and other specialized procedures.
Ensure proper patient positioning and acquisition protocols to obtain high-quality diagnostic images.
Operate and optimize imaging equipment, including Gamma Cameras, SPECT-CT, PET-CT, Dose Calibrators, and associated workstations.
Process, reconstruct, and archive imaging data according to departmental protocols.
Assist Nuclear Medicine Physicians in image interpretation by ensuring accurate and complete imaging datasets.
Receive, prepare, dispense, and administer radiopharmaceuticals in accordance with prescribed protocols and radiation safety guidelines.
Perform dose calculations and activity measurements using calibrated equipment.
Ensure proper storage, handling, and transportation of radioactive materials in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate records of radiopharmaceutical receipt, utilization, disposal, and inventory.
