Description
  • Prepare and check anesthesia machines before each procedure.
  • Set up and maintain anesthesia equipment, monitors, and airway devices.
  • Prepare medications, IV fluids, and anesthesia supplies as directed.
  • Assist anesthesiologists during induction, maintenance, and recovery from anesthesia.
  • Monitor and restock anesthesia carts and operating rooms.
  • Clean, disinfect, and maintain anesthesia equipment according to infection control guidelines.
  • Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of anesthesia machines and monitors.
  • Assist in emergency situations, including cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and airway management.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, patient safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
