Common causes of fatty liver

KDAH

Fatty liver disease is a condition in which fat accumulates in the liver, causing it to enlarge. The two main types of this condition include non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) and alcoholic fatty liver disease. If left untreated, this disease can cause liver damage, cirrhosis, and liver failure. Consult a doctor if you experience pain or discomfort in the upper right abdomen.
