Seizure first-aid

First aid for a seizure is aimed at keeping the person safe and staying with them until the seizure stops on its own. A majority of seizures occur between 30 seconds and 2 minutes. When someone around you is having a seizure, follow these general guidelines. #InternationalEpilepsyDay
