We will email you a scanned copy of the invitation letter requesting a priority medical visa for the patient and medical attendant as soon as your travel arrangements have been made. This letter must be submitted to the Indian High Commission in your nation.

Yes, we offer free to and fro transfer facility from Mumbai International Airport to our hospital via AC car or ambulance. Our team will coordinate the transfer on receiving the patient’s travel schedule.

Your stay will be hassle-free and comfortable thanks to our specialised International Patient Coordinator. Priority admission, out-of-turn appointments, billing and foreign exchange assistance, registration with local government agencies, availability of a local SIM card, visa extensions, travel assistance, hotel accommodations outside the hospital, and city tours are some of the key services our coordinator will help you with.

We have a travel desk in the hospital that can help you with flight changes. Further, our International Patient Coordinator will also help you with the bookings.

At the time of discharge, you will be handed over:

  • Detailed summary of the hospitalization including existing health conditions, medical problems at the time of admission, diagnostic findings, treatment given and procedures performed during hospitalization.
  • Comprehensive advice on discharge, medications, diet and exercise.
  • All your diagnostic test reports.
  • The contact details of the treating specialist will be shared so that you and your doctor can keep in touch with him/her.
